How do I initiate a request for the refund?
The individual who paid for the registration fee should submit the Tournament $100 Refund via the WSA Reimbursement Requests form.
Refund requests will be monitored monthly at WSA Finance Committee meetings.
How will the refund be distributed?
A check from WSA will be made out to the requestor if approved. The check will be sent via mail unless other arrangements are made for pickup. Contact [email protected] to confirm.
Who is authorized to submit a refund request?
The coach or parent who paid the tournament registration fee should submit for the refund.
If a team has already submitted a refund request, the second request will not be approved and the submitted notified.
How many patches do I need?
To calculate the number of patches you'll need, assess your total number of potential games played and multiply that by the number of rostered players for the tournament. Add 5-10 for buffer.
Example: 3 primary games, 1 semi final, 1 final = 5 total games. 11 rostered players. 5 * 11 = 55 + 5 buffer = 60 total needed.
(Opposing teams should only get 1 patch, even though you may play them multiple times)
Please return any extra Wakefield patches to WSA. Each patch costs WSA $1.30.
